About me
25 Years of tech industry experience from start-ups to public companies
Whether it was building out the first web application at Prodigy which was the definition of a dysfunctional siloed corporate environment, modeled and staffed by the likes of IBM career employees. Or when building a portal to compete with Yahoo from scratch that was funded by Viacom that would grow so fast that in two months from launch we had 5 million users. These were all lessons in what it took to get stuff done with too few people, too little time and huge barriers that you had to figure out how to crush to move ahead.
My greatest insight throughout all those experiences is about people and relationships which are the cornerstone to success. Who you are as a person defines who you are as a leader. The simple adage of “you get what you give” truly applies. So give out your best, truthful and honest self in everything that you do!

With over 25 years of product experience to assess product-market fit along with go to market product strategy, I will work with you to ensure that you are building the right product to fulfill customers needs. Iteration, speed and execution are the critical elements to uncover a successful product.
Team
Boasting one of the highest employee retention rates among all of the divisions of IAC, I will share the secrets of what it takes to attract, maintain and grow a loyal and driven team. Empowering teams and giving them the space to grow and develop as leaders among the organization provides the foundation.

Creating a solutions driven culture focused on incremental growth through constant iteration and experimentation provides the core to building a growth and results oriented culture. But it all starts with you as the leader working with your team in defining the right problem to solve.
Leadership
Trust, loyalty and mutual respect are the cornerstone to what it takes to be a great leader. But as in life and relationships, vulnerability and empathy are the characteristics that will set you are apart and create a deeper lasting impact of you as a leader.
